SIDBI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager Grade A (General)

  • Graduation in Commerce / Economics / Maths / Statistics / Business Administration / Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • OR CA / CS / CMA / CFA / LLB / Engineering graduates with required percentage.

Manager Grade B (General / Specialist)

  • Graduation with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Post‑graduation with minimum 55% (45% SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Qualifications: LLB, MCA, MBA, Engineering with relevant aggregate marks.

Age Limit (as on 14 July 2025)

  • Grade A: 21–30 years
  • Grade B: 25–33 years
  • Relaxation applicable: 5 yrs SC/ST, 3 yrs OBC, PWD/Ex‑Svc etc. as per norms.

The selection is done through

  • Phase I Online Exam – common for All Streams (200 marks across sections including reasoning, quant, GA, MSME, stream‑specific tests) with negative marking.
  • Phase II Online Exam – separate for General & Specialist streams.
  • Personal Interview & Psychometric Test – final merit based on Phase II + interview performance.
