Educational Qualification and Experience Required

Aircraft Technician (Maintenance / Overhaul & Avionics):

• AME Diploma/Certificate with 60% marks OR Diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with 60% marks
• 1 year of aviation experience

Aircraft Technician (Avionics – Electrical/Instrumental/Radio):

• AME Diploma/Certificate with 60% marks OR Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio/Instrumentation Engineering with 60% marks
• 1 year of aviation experience

Technician – Fitter /Sheet Metal/Carpenter/Upholstery/Welder):

• ITI in relevant trade
• 2 years of industry experience OR 1 year of aviation experience

Technician – X-Ray/NDT:

• B.Sc. Physics OR Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering OR BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

• Rs. 28,000 per month at the time of joining as per approved AIESL salary structure

The contract is for an initial period of 5 years, extendable for a further 5 years based on performance and company requirements. Benefits like PF, Gratuity, and Medical Policy may be applicable as per company policy.

Selection process for AIESL Technician Recruitment 2024

Stage 1- Application Screening: All applications will undergo initial screening.

Stage 2- Skill/Trade Test and Technical Assessment: Eligible candidates will be invited to participate in a Skill/Trade Test and undergo a Technical Assessment.

Stage 3- Personal Interview: Successful candidates from the Skill/Trade Test and Technical Assessment will proceed to a Personal Interview.
