Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, CS, Electrical, Civil).
- Degree must be from AICTE/UGC approved institutions.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):
- Trainee Engineer: 28 years
- Project Engineer: 32 years
- Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years additional).
Experience:
- Trainee Engineer: No experience required.
- Project Engineer: Minimum 2 years relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

- Stage 1: Written Test (100 marks for Trainee / 85 marks for Project Engineer) Objective type questions. Negative marking: ¼ mark for wrong answers (Trainee Engineer).
- Stage 2: Personal Interview (for Project Engineers – 15 marks)
- Stage 3: Final Merit List Based on Written Test (and Interview, wherever applicable). Category-wise & discipline-wise selection.
