BSNL Recruitment 2025 Salary Details
- Consolidated Pay: ₹75,000/- per month.
- Annual Increment: 5% per year after the first and second year.
- Other Benefits: TA/DA as per BSNL rules, 12 days casual leave per year

BSNL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- LLB Degree (3-year or 5-year Integrated Course) from a Bar Council of India (BCI)-approved institute.
- Minimum 60% marks in LLB.
- Preference for candidates from National Law Universities (NLUs).
- Higher preference for good PG CLAT Scores.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Preferred experience in Legal Divisions of Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs, Registered Law Firms, or Corporate Companies.
- Expertise in contract drafting, agreements, MoUs, legal compliance, regulatory matters, company law, telecom laws, taxation, and arbitration.

- Maximum Age: 32 years (as of the last date of application).

BSNL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Stage 1: Screening of Applications – A Screening Committee will shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
- Stage 2: Interview/Interaction – Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview before an Evaluation Committee.
- Stage 3: Final Selection – A merit list will be prepared based on scores from the screening and interview process.
- Stage 4: Document Verification – Selected candidates must provide original documents before final engagement.
- Stage 5: Waitlist Preparation – BSNL will maintain a waitlist in case vacancies arise.
