Navy SSR Recruitment 2024 Salary Details
- Training Period Stipend: Rs. 14,600/- per month
- Post Training Salary: Rs. 21,700/- to Rs. 69,100/- (Level 3 of Defence Pay Matrix)
- Military Service Pay (MSP): Rs. 5,200/- per month plus applicable Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Promotion Prospects: Up to Master Chief Petty Officer-I, with salary levels reaching Rs. 47,600/- to Rs. 1,51,100/-.

Navy SSR Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) with 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 40% in each subject.
- Age: Candidates must be born between 1st November 2003 and 30th April 2007 (both dates inclusive).
- Medical Standards: Candidates must meet the physical and medical standards set by the Navy, including vision and fitness criteria.
Navy SSR Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages:
- Stage I: Shortlisting based on 10+2 PCB marks (state-wise).
- Stage II:
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): 1.6 km run, 20 squats, 15 push-ups, and 15 bent knee sit-ups.
- Written Examination: 100 objective-type questions across four sections (English, Science, Biology, and General Awareness/Reasoning Ability).
- Recruitment Medical Examination: Conducted for candidates qualifying for the PFT(Navy SSR Recruitment 20…).
The final merit list will be state-wise, based on performance in Stage II.
