NPCIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
1. Deputy Manager (HR):
- Bachelor’s Degree + Full-time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel/Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare (with at least 60% marks).
2. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Bachelor’s Degree + Full-time MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA (with at least 60% marks).
3. Deputy Manager (C&MM):
- Engineering Graduate + Full-time MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain/Logistics (60% marks).
4. Deputy Manager (Law):
- Full-time Law Degree (LLB) with minimum 60% marks + registration with Bar Council + 3 years of practical experience.
5. Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):
- Master’s degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as compulsory or elective subject at graduation level.
- Diploma/certificate in translation OR 2 years’ translation experience.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
For Deputy Manager Posts:
- Online Examination (120 questions – 120 minutes)
- Part I: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, Ethics, General Awareness
- Part II: Subject-Specific Questions
- 1 mark per question; 0.25 negative marking.
- Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (UR), 30% (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD)
- Personal Interview (Weightage: 50%)
- Final merit = 50% Exam + 50% Interview.
For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):
- Stage 1: Preliminary Exam (Objective – 50 Questions)
- Stage 2: Descriptive Exam (Translation, Essay, Paragraph Writing)
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 30% (UR), 20% (Reserved).
- Final merit based on Stage 2 score.
