Ensure that the envelope is clearly marked with “Applications for the post of Superintending Engineer (M&EE) on deputation basis” and address it to Sr. Dy. Secretary-II, SMP, Kolkata, 15, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001. Additionally, include the following documents:
- i) Attested copy of ACR/APAR for the past 5 years, with attestation by an officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD on each page.
