Southern Railway Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Level-2 Posts: Must have completed 12th grade with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent qualifications.
- Level-1 Posts: Minimum qualification is 10th pass or ITI.
Scouts & Guides Qualifications:
- A President’s Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or a Himalayan Wood Badge Holder.
- Active membership in Scouts for at least five years.
- Attendance at two national or All-India events and two state-level events.
Age Limit (as of January 1, 2025)
- Level-2: 18-30 years for UR, 18-33 for OBC, 18-35 for SC/ST.
- Level-1: 18-33 years for UR, 18-36 for OBC, 18-38 for SC/ST.

- Stage 1- Written Test: Consists of objective and essay-type questions based on Scouts & Guides knowledge.
- Stage 2- Marks on Certificates: Marks awarded for participation and achievements in Scouts & Guides events and courses, including district, state, and national levels.
