Stipend Salary Details of TSRTC 2024 Apprenticeship
The stipend structure for the program spans three years, with varying monthly amounts. In the first year, participants receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. As they progress to the second year, the stipend increases to Rs. 16,000 per month. During the third and final year of the program, participants are entitled to a stipend of Rs. 17,000 per month. This tiered stipend system reflects an incremental approach, acknowledging and rewarding participants for their advancing experience and commitment throughout the program.
1st year: Rs. 15,000/- per month
2nd year: Rs. 16,000/- per month
3rd year: Rs. 17,000/- per month
Selection Procedure of TSRTC Apprenticeship 2024
The TSRTC Apprenticeship Selection Procedure for 2024 involves several steps. Upon receiving the list of candidates from NATS, a shortlisting process is initiated, considering the CGPA/Percentage of marks attained in the relevant prescribed qualification for each discipline.
In instances where the candidates’ list is not received, a selection fair will be conducted at the regional office specifically for non-engineering graduates. Following the selection process, the list of shortlisted candidates is forwarded to the corporate office for uploading onto the NATS portal.
Once online bonds are generated, the selected candidates are notified about their respective posts at the designated depots. It is important to note that no TA/DA will be provided for candidates participating in the certificate verification process.
The selected individuals must submit all original certificates for verification. Additionally, the committee seeks the willingness of each candidate, wherein they are required to express their preferences for three depots within the concerned region.
