- Stage 1- Eligibility Screening: Candidates are shortlisted based on eligibility criteria, experience requirements, and professional qualifications.
- Stage 2- Performance Evaluation: Candidates undergo an interview and must deliver a PowerPoint presentation to demonstrate their capabilities.
- Stage 3- Record Review: The selection committee assesses candidates’ Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) from the previous 3 years.
