NCRPB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Stenographer Grade ‘C’

Educational Qualification: Graduate with 120 WPM in shorthand and 40 WPM in typing (English) OR 100 WPM in shorthand and 35 WPM in typing (Hindi).
Additional Qualification: Diploma in Computer Applications.

Stenographer Grade ‘D’

Educational Qualification: Graduate with 80 WPM in shorthand (English) and 40 WPM in typing (English).
Additional Qualification: Diploma in Computer Applications.

Multi-tasking staff (MTS)

Educational Qualification: 10th pass from a recognized board.

NCRPB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Stage 1: Written Examination: Objective-type questions covering General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.

Stage 2: Skill Test (for Stenographers): Shorthand & Typing Test.
