Stenographer Grade ‘C’
Educational Qualification : Graduate with 120 WPM in shorthand and 40 WPM in typing (English) OR 100 WPM in shorthand and 35 WPM in typing (Hindi).Additional Qualification : Diploma in Computer Applications.
Stenographer Grade ‘D’
Educational Qualification : Graduate with 80 WPM in shorthand (English) and 40 WPM in typing (English).Additional Qualification : Diploma in Computer Applications.
Multi-tasking staff (MTS)
Educational Qualification : 10th pass from a recognized board.

Post Name Age Limit Stenographer Grade ‘C’ Not exceeding 28 years Stenographer Grade ‘D’ Not exceeding 28 years Multi-tasking staff (MTS) 18 – 27 years
Stage 1: Written Examination : Objective-type questions covering General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Quantitative Aptitude.
Stage 2: Skill Test (for Stenographers): Shorthand & Typing Test.
